Become a BGSC Chapter Leader

Are you interested in becoming Chapter Leader? We’d love to have you on board. BGSC is currently seeking applications from proactive, passionate, and diligent self-starters to fill President and Vice President positions.

Chapter Leaders will oversee the planning of monthly events, attend quarterly organization meetings, and serve as the primary contacts for their respective chapter.

Overview: Chapter Presidents provide general oversight and strategic leadership for their chapter. They advise chapter members and collaborate closely with the BGSC Executive Team to meet the goals of the organization. They also facilitate communication from the local chapter to Headquarters. This is a voluntary role with incentives for New Member acquisitions through referrals.

Role: Chapter Leaders are expected to attend all required meetings, provide leadership and direction to Members, and plan the year's activities, aiming to drive chapter growth by implementing strategies and goals outlined by Headquarters. They will manage the budget, maintain communication with Members and the Executive Team, and document monthly events.

Qualifications: A Chapter Leader must be in good standing with the organization and possess strategic thinking abilities, vision, excellent communication skills, community involvement, self-starting initiative, and alignment with the BGSC brand and mission.
